What we do

We are a retained search and advisory firm. The high level and challenging nature of the searches we undertake require substantial resources and the focused attention of a dedicated team. The design leaders our clients need are usually not looking for new opportunities; their resumes are not posted online anywhere.  They must be pro-actively sought out and seduced. Finding people who will help drive an organization’s performance cannot be done without an investment in a true partnership.

For each engagement, we deploy an experienced team that works under the direction of the Managing Director or President.  The team includes a consultant and a research associate who are experts in qualifying individuals based on the specific expertise you are seeking. We have experience working on global engagements with multiple searches. Our consultants speak French, Italian, Russian, Korean, Japanese, and Spanish; and our English is not bad either.
