RitaSue Siegel, Partner & President
RitaSue is an innovator, thought leader and pioneer. After receiving her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and serving as the school's Director of Placement, she founded RitaSue Siegel Resources. RitaSue is a regular contributor to Communication Arts and BusinessWeek magazines and has spoken at national and regional design conferences for AIGA, IDSA, and DMI in North America, Asia and Europe. She was on the DMI board for eight years and is also the author of several books - American Graphic Design, Thirty Years of Imagery, published by McGraw-Hill and the popular e-book, Get a Design Job, available for free download by clicking here. And, she was recently honored with a Fellowship from the IDSA at their annual conference in Seattle. Celebrating its 50th Anniversary, IDSA is viewed as the premiere association of American industrial and product designers.
Shari, Partner & Managing Director
Shari spent the early years of her career at the firm. She rejoined in 2005 to lead its largest-ever global client engagement with Procter & Gamble, which included building world-class brand and industrial design-led innovation capability in the US, Europe, Asia and Latin America, and to rebrand and position the firm for growth. She has led executive search, organization development and talent assessment engagements around the world across a wide range of design, digital and UX disciplines, branding and innovation for clients including 3M, BMW, Calvin Klein, Hewlett-Packard, Hershey's, Icon Aircraft, Kellogg’s, Landor, Lowe's, Method Home Products, Microsoft, Nissan, Philips, Pepsico, Prophet, SapientNitro, Pepsico, Smart Design and Whirlpool.
Her experience includes founding her own branding firm, launching and leading Wolff Olins in the US; growing Siegel + Gale’s corporate branding and integrated communications practice, developing brand strategies and leading account teams for such clients as E*TRADE, LVMH, MasterCard, MoMA, Nike, Philips and Sun Microsystems. A frequent speaker, board member and awards show judge, Shari presents at major conferences on the subjects of sustainability, consumers, brands, branding (in the US and Latin America) and The Impact of Digitization on Society to large audiences, including those at Columbia Business School, the School of Visual Arts and the Association of Brazilian Advertising Agencies. Most recently, she was invited to join the first-ever roundtable on The Role of Diversity and Business in Economic Empowerment for All, hosted by ING. As a board member of the Financial Communications Society, she co-produced their Portfolio Awards, a 500 person event and led the Program Committee, creating new formats and opportunities to identify and contribute thought leadership to the organization.
